Escape Ops

Getting back into the Swing of things

We’re looking forward to getting back into the swing of things! The battle with COVID-19 is not over and we all need to be mindful especially as restrictions are being lifted. At Escape Ops, we want to communicate some important information regarding our facility and operations:

Less is more

During the initial launch of phase 2, Escape Ops will be operating with reduced staff with no more than 2 games running simultaneously. Our schedule has been modified to reduce the amount of games available per day which allows us to properly sanitize our facility and manage the flow of people in and out of the building. You can help us by arriving within the entry window of your booking which is 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time, our door will remain locked until then. Bookings have always been private and we also have 2 different waiting areas for games if needed. Along with our modified schedule, all of these factors eliminate the likelihood of different groups being in the lobby at the same time.

“A simple smile. That’s the start of opening your heart and being compassionate to others. “   – Dalai Lama

We love greeting our guests with a warm smile and will continue to do so when you first enter our lobby. We don’t mind taking some time to appreciate and chat about the geeky art on the walls while everyone washes their hands or makes use of our hand sanitizer provided. Once everyone is checked in and ready, we will be wearing our masks during the game, feel free to bring your own mask if you have one! We’re always here to help during your game, in consideration of social distancing practices we will be doing our best to maintain a reasonable distance should you require any help with a puzzle.

Together we are strong

The Escape Ops experience has always revolved around our customers and our love for the escape room community. We wish everyone a smooth and safe transition into phase 2.
